How to purchase a gift card.
Simply select an amount or enter a custom amount, enter the recipient's details, set when you want the card delivered, and pay. After completing checkout, the customer receives email confirmation about the purchase.
The gift card recipient then gets an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from Michael Jones" (with the relevant name). Their unique gift card code appears in the email.

How to redeem a gift card.
To redeem the card, the recipient chooses what they want to purchase from www.berryandgrouse.com. At checkout in the payment section, they select the Redeem a gift card option and enter their unique gift card code. Only one gift code can be used at any one time, please get in contact if you need to redeem multiple gift cards.

What if the price of the sale is worth more than the gift amount?
If the price of the sale is worth more than the value of the card, customers can pay for the remaining cost using your regular payment methods.

Is there an expiry date?
Yes, gift cards are valid for 36 months from the purchase date and cannot be redeemed or extended after this date.

What happens if I have lost my unique gift card code?
If you got the gift voucher or card as a present, you’ll need to ask the person who purchased it for you get in contact. Proof of purchase is required. Processing fees may apply.

Can I exchange my voucher for cash?
Gift card vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be redeemed online at www.berryandgrouse.com.
