Our lampshades are made to order with high-quality materials, featuring a single seam, smooth rolled edge, and durable epoxy coated steel wire frames.
The matt white PVC inner liner is treated with anti-yellowing, anti-static, UV stabilisation, and fire-resistant treatments for added safety.
Placement of material can vary from pictures shown. Berry & Grouse uses authentic fabric and is an authorised stockist of Chess Fabrics. On multiple orders the material will be a continuation of the design unless requested (additional charges may apply).

Dye batches, yarn colours and pattern repeats can change slightly between batches. Whilst the differences are kept within the tolerance levels set by the manufacturer, there may be a slight variation.

Actual colours may vary due to computer monitor display settings and everyone sees these colours differently.
Whilst fabric stock photos are used from the manufacturer we cannot guarantee that the colour you see portrays the actual colour of the fabric.

Fitting Information:
All lampshades are made to order using high quality professional materials. Our Lampshade frames will connect with UK and European Lampholders or Pendant Fittings. Frames can also be used with USA Harp & Finial fittings, by using our converting washers (please get in contact prior to purchase). The converter plug in the centre of the fitting comes fitted but can be easily removed.

Candle clip lampshades clip onto standard candle shaped bulbs.
The converter (reducer) ring size is 29mm (suitable for standard UK lamp fittings). This can be easily be removed to increase the fitting ring size to 40mm (suitable for standard EU fittings).
The fitting sits 40mm inside the lampshade. This will be at the top or the bottom depending on your lampshade pendant position (table at the bottom or ceiling at the top).

Safety Information:
Lampshade materials have tested and passed the glow wire test carried out by the Lighting Association and includes flame retardant PVC, that meets UK standards. Test certificates can be provided upon request.

Exceptional tear resistance.
Low energy bulbs are recommended with this product. If using a regular bulb, a 60 watt or under. The fabric has been sprayed with a non-hazardous, non-toxic, water-based fire proofing spray.
Our made-to-order process typically takes 7 working days, but during peak times it may take up to 14 days. If you need your item sooner, we offer expedited options for an additional charge. All of our items are shipped via recorded courier and require a signature upon delivery. We also encourage a Reuse, Reduce & Recycle Policy and use recyclable and biodegradable packaging. Please note that we only ship to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland, and additional delivery charges may apply for remote areas.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGE
The additional delivery charges are a reflection of the additional costs charged to us by our couriers when delivering to the more remote parts of the United Kingdom. If your postcode falls into this category a member of our team will be in contact to arrange the additional payment required before your order is completed.

We advise double-checking the measurements and fabric to ensure you are ordering the correct diameter and height for your needs. We are happy to provide help and guidance in purchasing the correct lampshade and provide fabric swatches (subject to material stock). Please note that custom orders are non-returnable.
